The invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address a joint session of the U.S. Congress on Tuesday, March 3, on the ‘War on Terror’ is a war mobilization –at home and abroad. Invited by House Speaker John Boehner and right-wing Republicans, the speech is designed to justify an escalation of war on Palestine, war on Muslim people worldwide and to end all negotiations with Iran.

Netanyahu is a war criminal! The massive destruction of Gaza is proof of that. But Boehner has invited him to speak to break down the national opposition to another war.

Millions of people in the U.S. oppose war and need funds to be spent on schools, jobs and health care.

We must respond, not only in Washington, D.C., but all across the country.
