ABOUT IBDAA DANCE TROUPE
Ibdaa Dance Troupe is a project of Ibdaa Cultural Center, a grassroots
initiative based in Dheisheh refugee camp, West Bank.  Established in 1994,
Ibdaa aims to empower children and youth of Dheisheh through educational,
cultural and social programs that develop their skills and encourage their
creativity.  Ibdaa Dance Troupe has toured in over 10 countries in Europe,
the Middle East and the United States, and performs pieces that depict the
history, struggle and aspiration of Palestinian refugees.

Ibdaa’s visit to New York City is sponsored by American-Arab
