Support the Egyptian Revolution

End US Support to Mubarak and his Regime

The people of Egypt are carrying out a heroic struggle of the kind seen only rarely in the history of humanity. This struggle has already spread from Tunisia and Egypt to other countries in North Africa and Southwest Asia, — and Egypt is now the center of it. A victory in Egypt has the potential of liberating a large section of humanity not only from local dictatorships but from their overlords in Europe and especially in the United States, as well as boosting the Palestinian struggle.

The Egyptian people are also setting an example for all of the workers and oppressed peoples of the world — including those in the United States — who have had their living standards under attack for decades and are now facing the consequences of a worldwide capitalist economic crisis. The cutbacks to health care, education and social services have only begun.

It is possible for workers and all progressive people in the United States — including unemployed workers and students — to assist the people of Egypt. The struggle is at the crossroads and every helping hand can make a difference. A victory is important not only for Egypt, but for the world’s exploited people.
