Al-Awda New York’s Lamis Deek participated in Wikileaks, the Palestine Papers and US Empire: Solidarity and Resistance to US Empire on February 5, 2011. The event drew a packed crowd to Barnard College, where speakers addressed WikiLeaks, Palestine, the Egyptian and Tunisian revolutions, and global challenges – digital and human – to U.S. empire.
