On Friday, November 25, 2011, protesters gathered in solidarity with the people of Egypt outside the headquarters of Point Lookout Capital, the majority shareholder of Combined Systems, Inc., the tear gas manufacturer whose tear gas has been used against protesters in Tahrir Square (and which has also been used against popular movements in Palestine and Occupy protests in the U.S.) Following a demonstration outside Point Lookout, the protesters marched to the Egyptian Consulate for a rally.
