An important hearing for entrapment victim Ahmed Ferhani, Monday, 10/22, 11:00 am

Part 51 13th floor, Judge Obus

Please show your support for Ahmed and his family.

This is one of the worst cases of NYPD infiltration and entrapment, a case so glaringly a set-up that the FBI would have nothing to do with it.

If you are in NYC, please come to support Ahmed Ferhani and take a stand against NYPD infiltration and repression. The undercover police officer responsible for the entrapment of Ahmed Ferhani is the same undercover police officer who targeted Palestinian organizations in NYC, in particular Al-Awda NY, for infiltration. This undercover joined Al-Awda as part of his mandate to target and spy on Arab and Muslim communities in NYC; he also attempted and failed to set up a group of Turkish men in NY in an earlier entrapment scheme.

This case is literally the heart of the NYPD’s new version of Cointelpro, i.e. its Demographics Unit, as revealed in the Pulitzer-prize winning Associated Press series. In its significance for the Arab and Muslim communities it stands alongside that of the Panther 21 Case. Please spread the word.
